| 役務の提供時期 / Delivery | お支払い後、広告原稿をご提出いただき、当社の掲載基準により審査します。原稿承認後5営業日以内（お客様が後日の掲載開始を希望された場合はその日）に掲載を開始します。Newsletter Sponsorは、承認後5営業日以内（またはご希望の後日）の合意した配信号に掲載します。お支払い後30日以内に原稿のご提出がない場合はご連絡し、その後14日以内にご返答がない場合は契約を解除し、未提供期間分の料金を全額返金します。 / After payment, you send us your ad creative and we review it against our ad standards. Your placement goes live within 5 business days of creative approval (or a later start date you ask for). Newsletter Sponsor ads run in the agreed issue within 5 business days of approval (or a later date you ask for). If we don't receive your creative within 30 days of payment, we'll contact you; if we get no reply within 14 more days, we cancel and refund the unused period in full. |
| 解約方法 / Cancellation (monthly plans) | いつでも解約できます。次回更新日の前日23:59（日本時間）までにaaron@gaijindev.comへメールでご連絡ください（ご購入時のメールアドレスから、会社名・プラン名を記載）。期限までに届いた場合、次回以降の請求は行いません。解約受付後、確認メールをお送りします。解約後は支払済み期間の末日まで掲載します。解約手数料はかかりません。 / You can cancel any time. Email aaron@gaijindev.com by 23:59 Japan time (JST) on the day before your next renewal date, from the address you used at checkout, with your company name and plan. If your email arrives by then, you won't be charged again. We'll confirm your cancellation by email. Your placement runs to the end of the period you have paid for. There is no cancellation fee. |
| 返品特約 / Special terms on returns and refunds | 【返品特約】お申込み後のお客様都合によるキャンセル・返金は、掲載開始の前後を問わずお受けできません。ただし、当社が審査により原稿の掲載をお断りした場合、または当社の事情により掲載できなかった場合は、該当期間分の料金を全額返金します。月額プランの解約は上記「解約方法」によります（支払済み期間の日割り返金はありません）。法令上認められる場合はこの限りではありません。 / Special terms (返品特約): once you've ordered, we don't accept cancellations or give refunds for change of mind, whether or not your placement has gone live. If we reject your creative in review, or can't run your placement for reasons on our side, we refund the full amount for that period. To end a monthly plan, cancel as described under Cancellation (no pro-rata refund for the paid period). This doesn't limit any rights you have under law. |
