The site is new. We don't publish visitor or subscriber numbers we can't back up. Ask us for current figures before you buy. Readers are English speakers, both visitors to Japan and residents, looking for rail passes, ferries, stays and tourist coupons.

Who can sponsor?
Travel agencies, tour operators, hotels and ryokan, transport companies, tourism boards and other travel-relevant brands. We decline offers that are not about travelling in Japan.
How is sponsored content marked?
Every placement is labelled 'Ad · 広告 · Sponsored by [Company]', with the sponsor's name, and kept separate from the verified deal listings. No one can pay to have a deal listed or ranked; some listings contain affiliate links marked 'PR · 広告'.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled by Stripe. Monthly tiers renew each month until you cancel by emailing aaron@gaijindev.com by 23:59 JST on the day before your next renewal date (we confirm by email); the newsletter sponsorship is a one-time payment for one issue. Prices include tax. After paying we will contact you to collect your creative.
What audience do you have?
Waribiki Alert is a new site. We do not publish traffic numbers we cannot back up; ask us for the current figures before you buy.
Are the prices fixed?
These are our launch prices and may change. Your price is locked for the period you have paid for.
